Swiss Ski & Snowboard School Ybrig (SSSY)

By booking SSSY service offers the guest accepts these SSSY General Terms and Conditions of Business and agrees that the reservation made by him is binding, including on third parties.

Contractual relationship

The total costs of the booking must be settled prior to start of the first activity.
The SSSY course ticket is personal and is not transferable. The use of the lift facilities, conveyor belts, etc. is not included and the ticket is valid only during the current season.

  • on the date of the agreed activity -> 100% of the course costs
  • Withdrawal from the contract in the case of packages (e.g. Christmas and winter holiday sports courses, Sunday courses)

  • 09 - 01 days prior to agreed activity -> 75 % of course costs
  • on the date of the agreed activity -> 100% of the course costs
  • For their part SSSY refunds payments made in full in cash to the guest, if activities in their service offer are cancelled without replacement prior to commencement (exception: cancellation due to force majeure, such as storm, avalanche risk, etc.)

Prevention due to accident or illness

SSSY shall refund costs for courses booked by the guest, which he is unable to attend as a consequence of accident or illness, only on presentation of a medical certificate; refund shall be made in the form of a credit note (calculation: tariff per day or half-day not attended minus processing fee CHF 20.00).
In the case of the guest's late arrival or early departure from an activity and/or abandonment of an activity associated therewith there is no claim to reimbursement by SSSY.

Insurance/Liability

The guest is not insured by SSSY. SSSY disclaims any liability whatsoever for accident prior to, during or after acceptance of SSSY service offers. It is the responsibility of the guest to purchase accident and liability insurance. Cancellation insurance is also recommended.

Group lessons

As from a declared minimum number of participants, lessons are provided by SSSY in all weathers, with the exception of force majeure. If the declared group size is not reached, groups are combined or the lesson time reduced. It is possible to change ski instructor.

Picture material

The guest declares himself unconditionally in agreement that during the lessons or other events any picture material arising may be used by SSSY at their discretion.

Complaints

The guest should direct any complaints to the SSSY Manager. In addition to the SSSY General Terms and Conditions of Business, Swiss law and the Court of jurisdiction in Oberiberg apply to the contract, in the event that no agreement is reached.
